U15 born in 2009-2010
U17 born in 2007-2008
U19 born in 2005-2006
Men's team born in 2004, 20 years and up
* For girls, there are also other rules, you can stay in a team for another 1 or a maximum of 2 years, on a dispensation.
This is simply so that girls can join and compete physically with the boys for as long as possible. From U17 it is usually still difficult to participate and from about that age girls train with a women's team if there is one.

Contact the team manager and pre-notify your interest in trial training. (no drop-ins)
You see, we need to do the following:

Register name, social security number and contact details.

Arrange an appointment with the coach before training to test the protection (helmet and shoulder protection) and rental contract for these.

Conditions for trying out:
The trial fee is SEK 100. This includes:

Provide around

Five training sessions

Loan of helmet and shoulder protection

Own mouth guard to keep

In case of continued training, the fee is transferred to a part of the membership fee for the current year .
Training times and place
You will find us outdoors from February 6 at Kristianstad IP, Konstgräsplan 2 (Kristianstad Arena area next to the athletics field)
Tuesdays and Thursdays
18.00-19.30 for the teams U11 up to U17, and 19.00-21.00 for U19/Men-
During winter off-season training other days and times apply.
